 Classic bedsit-design – Cheshire


We will always strive to create the best possible solution to meet your available space and budget, and a bedsit-design can be the ideal cost effective, bespoke solution – its compact footprint will suit most urban gardens.

This stylish annexe in Cheshire is a great example of our classic bedsit-design. For some people a separate bedroom is preferred, though this open-plan arrangement does create a fantastic feeling of space.

In the £50-£60,000 price range, your annexe will typically have 24-27 square meters of external space. Your building will include a full en suite shower room/WC and a large and flexible area to arrange as best suits your usage.
