The unusual, central L-shaped room is being utilised by our clints’ an art and craft hobby room, fitted with a sink for clean-up and cupboards for storage.  This workshop has its own separate entrance through sliding doors. The flexibility of this space would easily allow this room to be used as a home office/study/guest room.

Next door, with the optimum view over the beautiful garden and countryside, is the kitchen/lounge area.  With bifold doors creating a glazed corner and air conditioning, this space is something special. 

An en-suite shower room is conveniently placed off this family room.  Directly behind this is a tool store with outside access.  As you can see, no compromises here!
