This luxury home gym with en-suite / family room project was planned in considerable detail – the idea being to combine fitness and fun into family life. Careful attention was given to our client’s wish-list.
With close collaboration with the landscapers, a few ideas of his own, and exciting optional extras bouncing back and forth, our designers were able to produce a final specification that our clients were delighted with… and that’s when the project really came to life!

This fantastic space allows our clients to jump up, forget about traffic, and take the few steps to their perfect workout space.
Their 6m wide x 5.25m deep x 2.8m high garden suite comprises a large room and separate integral shower room / WC, climate control / air conditioning system, Western red cedar cladding to main elevations and dark grey window and door frames.
As with all Swift buildings, a 15-year structural warranty completes the package!
When relaxation is the order of the day, recessed lighting, two sets of matching 3-panel bi-folding doors, an additional tall feature window, engineered wood floor, and remote control lighting system, make this a stunning haven in the grounds of their home, and they are absolutely delighted with it!
