Swift only use materials and design systems that produce true year-round, fully habitable extension accommodation – so we do not limit your choice to having a detached garden room. If it suits you better, you can consider having your new room attached to your home and creating more integrated and flexible space.
What are the advantages of a Swift Home Extension – attached or detached?
Well, the main attraction for so many people is the speed and ease of installation. This example which is a lovely sunny sitting room, was completed in less than two weeks. Virtually no mess or invasion into the main house and the result is a sleek, modern room that has excellent levels of insulation and a real connection with the garden.
Our clients were delighted, and are thoroughly enjoying their new space.
“Martin, it has been a pleasure dealing with you and we thank you for all your help with our project”
praised Joy, an impressed client from Kent. Swift were fully involved with all the stages of design, the pre-fabrication, the installation and the ongoing customer support and project management – a complete package.
Martin, Swift’s director, helpfully added,
“Our extensions are becoming increasingly popular because of the combination of quality and speed. Our system is perfect for modern, sleek rooms to be added to existing homes. These rooms make a statement and are meant to add a new appeal to the home, both practically and visually. Where clients are seeking a “box on the back” that has real substance and year-round use, then we love to talk with them and really get to know what would change their current living space for the better.”
Would you tell me roughly how much would something on your home page cost?
I’m interested in a quote for an attached garden room to the side of my property working as an extension giving an extra living space. Electrics and fully insulated. Full installation also required.
Internal door would also need opening up to provide access.
Is it feasible for the space being only 2.15m x 6.00m? Approx 7ft x 20ft. Property boundary is close.
Any suggestions/advise appreciated.
Thank you
